We will visit the Livramento Market, an icon of the City of Setúbal, where we will find a Tile Panel with around 5700 Tiles, depicting the city’s economic activities.

Discover the origins of Azulejo. After its introduction to the Iberian Peninsula, it became part of Portugal’s tradition and where much of our country’s history is told through tile panels present in monuments, buildings, fountains and other places spread throughout the country.
Learn the entire process and techniques of its manufacture and at the end you can paint your own tile and/or purchase some models to take as a souvenir.

As a way to relax, we will pass by a local winery where we will taste the region’s wine, then we will pass by Sesimbra Castle and visit its church where you can appreciate the interior beauty, mostly decorated in Azulejo.

During the day, we will have several gastronomic surprises typical of the region and Portugal.
